About Janet

 

Janet Kake bathes in the power of positive thinking. At the age of 30, after giving everything away, Janet started her own real estate agency with her partner Kim. We started with nothing but love and together we proceeded to buy 21 properties over the next 5 years.
 
Janet rose from nothing to millionairess in less than 3 years in the 90’s during a real estate downturn where developers and agencies were going bankrupt and moving on. With distressed properties all over the city, Janet took on projects and sold them out with minimum advertising dollars and quick time frames. She turned them around by believing that property creates wealth and that what she was doing was helping people. Her attitude was contagious and Janet led many sales people to follow her to reach their highest goals and wildest dreams.
 
Janet has written a unique training manual with selling styles she has experienced from selling insurance and earlier modelling days. In her early 20’s Janet was number one sales person in Australia for an insurance company and went on to lead a team that also became number one. Insurance taught Janet how to do all aspects of selling including prospecting, getting referrals and how to set up and use a presentation folder along with many other systems.
 
Assisted by an E-Myth consultant for years, Janet discovered how to write and implement sales systems. Once Janet understood how systems improved a sales person’s activity, she became obsessed with writing.
  
After having breast cancer twice, Janet resided to the mountains with her family and horses and started to write more. She ventured into training companies other than her own and was tripling the annual sales of these companies just by introducing one new sales system per month over one year. Fundraising is also an important aspect of Janet's lifestyle focusing regularly on raising monies for the Cancer Council Queensland through her Fashionable Business Networking Luncheons and other events.
 
Janet has written 13 workbooks and reveals how to capture the essence of true salesmanship. As well as simple sales systems Janet features ‘The Spirit of Leadership,’ ‘Wild Horse Sales Seminar for Business’ and ‘SOS Deportment for Sassy Sales Girls’ which support a healthy team envirnoment. All Janet’s workbooks are ‘how to’ books with scripts and easy to follow steps on how to sell which support sales people to improve sales systematically.  
 
Janet is featured performing at sales seminars for companies around the world and is often a keynote speaker for power breakfasts etc. 
 
Janet also develops and writes personalized sales systems for individual companies to build a healthy, strong culture in the business.  She believes that sales is the most important component in a company as it provides the cash flow to maintain strong growth and support all other aspects of a company's infastructure.
