The Sales Training
Janet’s sales training was well structured, systematic, professional and thorough. Her course notes are outstanding and have become a practical guide for the future reference of all attendees.
It was also very practical with role playing being integral to the overall learning experience. Although the training was in a group setting, Janet tailored it to the individual; identifying the key strengths and idiosyncrasies of each person; and encouraging them to step out; thus lifting their confidence in their own untapped sales abilities.
